(2) Have you ever tried changing a lightbulb in the dark? It's tricky, especially if the fixture is secured behind an anti-vandal cage and is IP68+ rated.
IP68? Does it flood in there? |-)
When the tramps are playing "Highest mark on the wall", everywhere floods.
