Sandbanks Tesco anger
"Opposition from residents included a 425 signature petition raised by Karen Denham, owner of the nearby Sandbanks Stores.... which reads 'Sandbanks is a holiday destination, not a shopping destination'".
So, owner of shop objects to another shop.

Has an "unwanted" Tesco ever closed through lack of business? No, thought not.
'Local people must not go to evil Tesco. They must come to my local shop for local people.'
If I ever go to Poole and want to build sandcastles, I'll know where to get my plastic bucket and spade.
To can tell how exclusive a neighbourhood is by the quality of stone cladding on the local pub.
