Local news photographers are hugely skilled and poorly paid, and get sent to photograph miserable people gurning at uncooked meat products. Here, we celebrate their work.

Love the sign on the right - pure APILN crap cardboard sign gold.
'HOW MUCH LONGER!' just doesn't work at all. What if our favourite sea-wall campaigners had used a sign that read 'IT'S A STiCH UP?'
No-one would ever have taken them seriously.
