Speeding drivers anger

Dudley News: Residents still annoyed that drivers are speeding down main road through their estate with the gentle curves and rises and superb racing line

The chap on the left appears to be in his pyjamas, which I'm told by our spotter with local knowledge is "completely normal for Dudley, if not the law".
