Holy Crap! Doesn't make me keen to book a holiday with Thomas Cook
Blimey Thomas Cook- having a "zero tolerance" policy is one thing, but applying it against people that didn't actually do what you claim they did is a bit, well, wrong.
This should be in the nationals. Its totally out of order.
