When did Legal and General merge with Admiral?
I read the whole article, hoping for some insight into why the bloke dresses as the mayor, but am still as clueless as I was before.
Is he just one of those local characters that you're expected to know about if you're from the area?

Ha, ha... please watch the stupid video.
If only someone would invent some sort of magic killing machine, that was readily available and used compressed air as a medium for projecting little lead pellets towards a given target at high speed.....
