If you had a crap holiday, make a complaint, demand compensation, sure. Kick up a right stink, fill your boots, by all means. Who wouldn't?
However, going public about it opens you up to the mercy of (you guessed it) the public - who traditionally aren't very merciful.
Indeed, many of the comments are less than conciliatory, but it comes with the territory.
Is that article going to get them any more compensation than if they'd just complained properly? I suspect not.
