To be fair to the pikeys, perhaps they didn't have gloves....would you want to touch it?
And to be double-fair, at least they were thoughtful enough to dump the bags in a nice neat row.
Well, apart from the bit at the end where it goes into a weird blob shape.
In fact, the more I look at it, the more I think they've made a bin-bag cock-and-balls.
Man, how many flies did they need to get rid of?
Those bags look very neat for fly tippers - I suspect a posed picture...
