That woman seems to have eyebrows that naturally scowl! And why do they have booze on the table?
If Ms Griffiths is indeed a shopworker and she is articulate enough to use words and phrases like: "incredibly frustrated...no consistency...no compassion...quite insulted...pedantic", she'll know that most shops would ask for ID from a lank-haired, pisshole-eyed, large-lovebite-all-too-obvious-on-upper-chest young slap...customer.
Further commenters should remember we are all children of the universe before typing what they really think...

Boo on that saleswoman for following protocol in order to not lose her job or get arrested! I thought that's why I follow the "ID tobacco buyers under 40" law in the US, but apparently I have no compassion!
Makes me laugh how the kid is holding up Alpen. As if they don't just eat Oven chips and Turkey twizzlers.
