"I don't want to send my child to a concentration camp"
Metro: Fury as naughty pupils locked in cupboard
Luxury.
When I was a kid, they'd stick us in t'coalhole and keep us there for a whole week just for speaking out of turn before flogging us within an inch of our lives. And we were thankful if they spared our lives.
(And a big "Up yours" to the Clacton and Frinton Gazette for not bothering to put pictures on their website)

I'm inclined to think that a clever hack could've lead Ms Evans on to a series of open-invitation-to-Social-Services-intervention gaffes whilst Mr Livingstone had better be careful about over-explaining his school's discipline policies to the press.
"Some are also angry about a badge system which awards pupils with badges ranging from green to diamond, for attendance, punctuality, wearing the uniform and behaving well.
It allows better behaved pupils to enjoy trips and treats which others are unable to attend."
Didn't every under-10s school have this system not too long ago?
Simon: It all went wrong when they started giving out yellow stars, I understand
That is one scary-looking parent. Wouldn't the kid be better off in a cupboard?!?
Luxury indeed. What is the little precious doing that she's so disruptive she has to be put into a room by herself to calm down?
Also: Time to wash your hair, Mum. And while it's drying, have a wee chat with the children on how to behave like human beings when you're out and about.
