Well, those two bears could be PAEDOS couldn't they, they must be ILLEGALS and they're probably cross-dressing PERVERTS who LIVE TOGETHER and are BENEFIT SCROUNGERS who CAN'T SPEAK ENGLISH (etc., etc., etc).
The man on the right seems substantially less angry than his colleagues. Maybe he designed the bear's party dress.
