This is going to be my new favourite blog.
This is wonderful. A dying craft, the "getting people to look slightly peeved for a page seven lead on something impenetrably dull".
This kind of photo journalism is technically demanding, having to get a picture that both shows the complainers looking glum enough and at the same time illustrating whatever is being complained about in sufficient detail as well as writing supportive copy.
