I'd empty her on a fortnightly basis

Laura Ngo from St James Road Brentwood is Complaining about the fact St JAmes Road is not Accessable to the Fire Brigade after an Incident in the Bin Store in her Flats where the Fire Brigade had to get too but could not get an Appliance near enough to the fire
I'd show her a couple of overfull sacks ready to explode in her hot place.
I'd make her refuse area hot.
