I feel sorry for local news photographers. They are hugely skilled and poorly paid, and sent out to photograph miserable people pointing at dog turds. Here, we celebrate their work

Ah, the old "twelve foot tall" photograher trick. Or a pogo-stick and a fast shutter speed.
It still doesn't explain why there are no £1,000,000 fines for not cleaning up the nuisance of children.

That's a mean old tilt is that, as well as the ridiculously tall photographer. We have seen many crazy camera angles lately, I thought that was a staple of APILN?
