I'll only be convinced when I take a ride on one of the harbourside bikes to find out for myself just how slippery they are, and therefore whether the cracks should be filled in. It would be nice to see them back in use - nothing is quite as thrilling as the ting ting of the bell ringing to let you know your ride is coming.
