Has... has that palm got hairs all over it?
If you look at the comments, "Onemanonevoice" hints that the pigeon problem is only the tip of the iceberg. This chap seems to be suggesting some of the residents should be culled. I wonder if closing Asda would help exterminate some of the less desirable residents.
i'd have thought Pigeon poo could only improve that bit of architecture. A bit of much needed texture to an otherwise bland facade.
