Ouch.
Celebrating excellence in the field of local newspaper photography
Local news photographers are hugely skilled and poorly paid, and get sent to photograph miserable people gurning at uncooked meat products. Here, we celebrate their work.
All images copyright their respective media outlets, and will be removed on request.

Obviously it's a cunning plan to kill off the aging population in Louth (dogs included). Gather them all together then introduce a bit of danger.
That 'pothole' is laughably small.
How about we get together and photograph a thimble-sized pothole in the foreground with the camera lens about two inches away from it, and a few 'angry local residents' squatting about ten yards further back* and see if we can get it ptinted?
* Crossed arms and tilted camera as optional extras, of course.
He has clearly never seen the potholes in Saskatchewan after the winter.
