Actually, I think this angry fan's error was in thinking his team was slightly less crap than they are, since he booked the holiday thinking that Oxford would gain automatic promotion (by finishing in the first two places) rather than in a play-off spot (positions 3-6.)
I'm sure the Dominican Republic will be showing the match on all of their TV stations. Oxford United have a huge following worldwide, especially on Hispaniola.
