Bet there will be a follow-up story when TW starts ripping the road up to fix the problem and thus cause dust/noise/vibrations that make it 'feel like a bomb has gone off'. Hopefully the paper will include pictures of people with fingers in their ears.
The Donald Trump look is catching on I see. Something else to loathe him for.
