Congratulations and jubilations to the very, very, very short photographer on this one (on getting the subject to kneel down to his or her height for a change).
You lack instruction in the art of interpretative dance - she's performing "The Collapse of Civilisation".
I have spent entirely to long finding out that that is a MAN:( Councillor Rex Barnett,he has had cancer as the older pictures look a lot better.
