I actually feel pretty bad for the lady pictured. For whatever reason, she rented out her property only to have had a nightmare time of it with courts, unpaid rent, damage and mess. The council's response is a joke.
I just wish there was something I could do to help her feel better.
I'd clean up after I'd vacated her dwelling.
...& not just wiping it on the curtains. It's only good manners.
Serious bit: the tennancy laws in the UK favour the tennant hugely, so if you're an unscrupulous b4stard, you can get away with plenty... not good.
