Eminem and Dre: the 50th Anniversary Album
It's an hommage to rap videos, which are always filmed from a low angle because kids from the street can't afford £50 tripods to go with their £250 camcorder*, so they put it on the ground and get dancin'.
So either Dr Dre or Eminem took this photo' himself and submitted it to the newspaper.
* Alternative explanation, kids from the street can stick a camcorder down their trackies and sneak our of the shop - nicking a tripod is a bit trickier.
