Oxford Mail: Old bloke left out of pocket following benefits error
I say "pocket", but after a bizarre spacehopper accident in 1973, where the gentleman has been left with nothing but his head on a small cushion, he has been unable to wear trousers.
Local news photographers are hugely skilled and poorly paid, and get sent to photograph miserable people gurning at uncooked meat products. Here, we celebrate their work.
