I used to work for that college, and I have been known to wear a face-mask.
Their application was turned down, and yipee for that. Their high-handed attitude and lack of understanding of the community is typical of Watford disease, i.e. an inability to do anything properly. Did you know Watford's ASDA was built back to front due to a cock-up in the laying of the foundations?
