Surely this angry mum should take up her concerns with the Consumer's Association, rather than her local newspaper?
I mean, I can see she's a member, since she gets a copy of Which? and all. Unless she's given up her membership and they keep sending it to her for literally years. That happens.
My congratulations on a website that was crying out to be created.
I've been chuckling over these types of photos for years. I think Local Paper Photographers all go on the same course before qualifying and Module 3 "Composition of Angry People"" is a compulsory unit.
