Local news photographers are hugely skilled and poorly paid, and get sent to photograph miserable people gurning at uncooked meat products. Here, we celebrate their work.

I wonder if it has occurred to this guy that he might be the reason that his neighbor built the fence in the first place.
His stuff is more of an eyesore than the fence.
To be fair, he's saving a fortune on curtains & blinds...
