He could turn the tables on the pranksters by conducting his campaign actually wearing a clown nose, thus making their satire redundant.
Maybe the mayor could wear a proper under shirt (right nipple see-through) or is that not a thing in GB? For chrissakes, even a wife-beater under shirt (tank style for the uninformed) covers the nipples. Even so, a mayor should be properly attired in a suit jacket.
