May I make a bold suggestion? Perhaps the overall amenity of the land could be enhanced after a good old fashioned burn up. By spraying the whole area with petrol,the whole vista could be alight. Afterwards, the area could be dedicated to bonfires and other 'burning stuff' themed activities. Perhaps burning proclivities could be extended to some of the local housing. Might be a giggle. Wad ya think?
