Local news photographers are hugely skilled and poorly paid, and get sent to photograph miserable people gurning at uncooked meat products. Here, we celebrate their work.

Errm ... is it just me, or am I missing something here? I thought hospices were for people who're going to snuff it, never mind health risks :-/

Very possibly. But you just know that these 2 are the sort who would be running straight to the papers and lawyers were someone to get ill from eating a cake that had been brought in. TBH the hospice owners are in a no win situation aren't they.
