Fleet News and Mail: Local estate becomes fly-tippers' venue of choice

First appearance on these pages for my local paper, and I can tell you that this turn of events only came about after the council installed CCTV cameras at the previous fly-tipping/dogging site. Not that I knew it was a dogging site said too much.
