Living in a police state anger

Slough Express: "Somebody, somewhere is going to have to answer to it... I have done my bit for my country. I feel like I am living in a police state and my life is not my own"

His problem? Not being allowed to use his free bus pass before 9.30am.

Damn those pencil-necked desk-pilots at Slough Council. Damn them to HELL.

    Those are panniers not "heavy shopping bags". Which suggests that the problem might have been that Mr Smith was attempting to take his bicycle onto the bus
