To be fair there is also the large prostitute population in that area to supply. how can they survive for a whole 3 hours without being able to restock on special brew to wash down their crack.
Damn, serving booze in those 3 extra hours could turn this otherwise cosmopolitan like part of reading into a crime ridden haven for drunks, druggies and hookers! Oh wait....it already is!
