Recycling bin anger

Bolton News: Man's recycling bin hasn't been emptied in a month

Nothing like a bit of bin anger, and the post-Christmas period is pure waste collection gold as far as we're concerned.

    In this bit of the colonies our bins are done on Boxing Day. And New Years Day :)
