Of course, he's doing it wrong: He simply has to post terrible reviews of every other hotel in the surrounding area to redress the balance. The same as every hotel manager in the world does
Odd pic - bloke looks lightly startled to be having his picture taken. I have no sympathy for him, though, if he was in any part responsible for naming the place Hotel Celebrity; hanging's too good for him, I say.
