I fervently hope that shortly after the photo was taken, the photographer moved the mattress out of the way for the poor old dear.As for Beirut, well I'm afraid that much of Swindon does look like that. It is is no way whatsoever an attractive town.
She doesn't look like she'd enjoy a bounce.
I think somone kindly placed it there so she could have a little lie down once she reached the finish line.
