Now, how would Watford Borough Council handle a complaint about this policy from a same-sex pair of parents (note to same-sexers, I've no problem with same-sex parents, it's the Council I'm referring to - watch out for when they put your children on the At-Risk Register just because they say "Mum and Mum" or "Dad and Dad").
